Our Singapore Advanced Manufacturing site plays a critical role in delivering highly automated manufacturing capability, and we are looking for a Process Engineer to provide process engineering support across day-to-day operations, NPI readiness, process improvement and corrective actions.\nThis role combines hands-on manufacturing support with data-led process ownership. You will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPI teams to strengthen process stability, yield, scrap, OEE, quality and build plan performance.\n\nAbout the role\nAs a Process Engineer, you will own assigned manufacturing processes and provide day-to-day engineering support to keep production safe, stable and efficient. Using production data and structured problem-solving, you will improve quality, yield, scrap and process capability, maintain effective controls and documentation, and support corrective actions and NPI readiness with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPI teams.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n Process Performance & OwnershipMonitor and improve process performance, including yield, scrap, process capability (Cp/Cpk) and quality metrics for assigned manufacturing processes.\nReview and analyse production data to identify trends, process variations and performance gaps, and support corrective actions.\nMaintain process stability through effective process controls and continuous monitoring.\n\nProcess Documentation & Risk ManagementDevelop, maintain and improve SOPs, Work Instructions, PFMEAs and Control Plans.\nConduct process risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate quality and operational risks.\nEnsure process documentation remains accurate, current and compliant with company standards.\n\nProcess Improvement & Statistical ControlAnalyse process performance and identify sources of variation affecting quality, yield and productivity.\nCharacterise, validate, stabilise and continuously improve manufacturing processes.\nUse SPC, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, DOE and Root Cause Analysis to strengthen process capability and efficiency.\n\nNon-Conformance & Scrap ManagementReview non-conforming materials and support disposition decisions, including release, rework and scrap.\nMonitor rejection and scrap trends and drive actions to reduce manufacturing losses.\nInvestigate issues using 8D, DMAIC and Root Cause Analysis, and verify CAPA effectiveness.\n\nNew Product Introduction & Production ReadinessSupport process development, risk assessments, validation and production readiness.\nParticipate in process trials, equipment qualification and validation activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches and production ramp-up.\n\nCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPI teams to resolve process and quality issues.\nProvide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations.\nCommunicate process issues, findings and improvement actions to relevant stakeholders.\n\nAbout you\nDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.\n1-5 year(s) of manufacturing or engineering experience; high-volume manufacturing is advantageous.\nFresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.\nKnowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, DOE, FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.\nProficient in Excel or equivalent data-analysis tools; Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.\nAnalytical, collaborative and self-motivated, with strong attention to quality and safety.\nBenefits\nDyson monitors the market to ensure competitive salaries and bonuses.
