Retail Activation and Operations Intern

As a Retail Activation Intern, you will support the Retail Activation Manger in shaping Dyson's physical presence across retail environments in Central Europe & Emerging Markets and Israel.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail marketing, point-of-sale execution, new product launches, and in-store activations. Working closely with the Retail Activation Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help bring Dyson's retail vision to life while learning how premium retail experiences are delivered across multiple markets.

Your work will contribute to how consumers experience Dyson technology in stores, from merchandising and POS displays to in-store campaigns and retail events.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Retail Activations & Execution
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store activations, pop-ups, campaigns, and consumer events across the region.
  • Assist with project tracking, timelines, and activation logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Help gather feedback and performance insights to support future activation improvements.
• NPD Launches & In-Store Campaigns
  • Support the rollout of POS materials and retail campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Assist in coordinating launch activities with Marketing, Category, Commercial, and Retail teams.
  • Help ensure retail executions align with Dyson brand and product guidelines.
• POS Production & Retail Excellence
  • Support the development and production of POS materials, fixtures, and merchandising assets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track deliverables and timelines.
  • Assist in maintaining retail standards and ensuring consistent execution across markets.
  • Support the implementation and upkeep of 2D and 3D merchandising solutions.
• Retail Expansion & store Rollouts
  • Contribute to new store openings and retail rollout projects.
  • Support launch preparation activities and execution tracking.
  • Help ensure Dyson is presented consistently and to the highest standards across all retail environments.
• Stakeholder Coordication
  • Work closely with regional and global teams, including Marketing, Category, Commercial, and Retail functions.
  • Support communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, status updates, and project documentation.
• Process Improvement
  • Support ongoing efforts to improve retail activation processes and ways of working.
  • Help maintain project trackers, documentation, and best practice materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization within the team.

About you

• Currently enrolled in University (Marketing, Business, Communications, Retail Management, or a related field).
• Previous internship, student project, or relevant experience in marketing, retail, events, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, assertive, and results-driven attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of organization.
• Effective stakeholder management skills, both internationally and cross-functionally.
• Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English

Flexibility to travel as required.

This internship is offered under an internship agreement, and an internship allowance will be provided.
