We are on a mission to improve our customer’s lives: whether that be by making the the air they breathe safe and clean, or connecting them to high performing machines, which keep their homes clean.\nAbout the Role\nThe Retail Performance Strategy & Operations Manager will lead the Retail Operations function while providing strong commercial analysis and strategic recommendations to drive sustainable growth across Dyson Korea’s offline retail business.\nThis role is responsible for translating sales performance data into meaningful insights, identifying key business opportunities and performance gaps, and recommending clear strategic priorities and actions to the Retail Sales Director and channel leaders.\nBeyond routine reporting, the role will connect performance analysis, commercial strategy and operational execution to improve decision-making, strengthen retail productivity and ensure effective execution across channels.\nKey Responsibilities\nSales Performance & Commercial Analysis\nLead regular sales performance analysis across channel, store, category, product and key retail KPIs.\nAnalyze sales trends, traffic, conversion, average transaction value, productivity and other key performance drivers.\nIdentify root causes behind performance gaps and highlight key risks and growth opportunities.\nTranslate sales data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.\nDevelop weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews with a clear focus on what happened, why it happened and what actions are required.\nImprove the quality, consistency and effectiveness of sales performance reporting and analysis across the Retail organization.\nStrategy & Business Planning\nSupport the Retail Sales Director in defining annual and quarterly business priorities.\nRecommend strategic priorities based on sales performance, market dynamics and commercial opportunities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve sales through channel strategy, product mix, store productivity, conversion, inventory and resource allocation.\nSupport target setting, forecasting, scenario planning and business performance reviews.\nPartner with channel leads to translate strategic priorities into clear commercial action plans.\nEvaluate business opportunities and recommend where the organization should focus resources and investment.\nRetail Operations Leadership\nLead the Retail Operations team and ensure effective support across offline retail channels.\nDrive operational excellence and continuously improve retail processes, tools and ways of working.\nEstablish clear operating rhythms, governance and follow-up mechanisms across the Retail organisation.\nEnsure key commercial initiatives, launches, promotions and retail projects are executed effectively and on time.\nIdentify operational barriers impacting sales performance and lead actions to resolve them.\nundefined\nAct as a key business partner across Retail Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing and Training.\nConnect commercial insights with cross-functional actions to improve overall business performance.\nDrive alignment on business priorities, inventory, product launches, promotional plans and retail execution.\nEnsure key decisions and actions are clearly communicated, tracked and followed through.\nLead cross-functional projects focused on performance improvement and operational effectiveness.\nTeam & Capability Development\nDevelop analytical and commercial capabilities within the Retail Operations team.\nEstablish clear standards for performance analysis, reporting and business recommendations.\nCoach the team to move beyond data reporting toward insight generation, problem solving and strategic thinking.\nBuild scalable tools, dashboards and processes that enable faster and better decision-making.\nKey Capabilities\nStrong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business actions.\nStrong understanding of retail sales performance and key commercial drivers.\nAbility to identify root causes, business opportunities and strategic priorities from complex data.\nStrong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.\nProven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced and changing business environment.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbout You\n10+ years experience in Retail, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Business Planning or Performance Management.\nExperience leading a team or function within a commercial organization.\nProven experience in sales analysis, business planning and performance improvement.\nExperience working across multiple retail channels is strongly preferred.\nExperience in premium consumer goods, beauty, consumer electronics or a similar retail environment is preferred.\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
