We create assets and journeys that help Owners discover, choose, purchase, learn about and solve issues they may have with our machines.\nAbout The Role\nAs a Retail Project Manager you will report to the Senior Programme Manager, working within the Global Experience Studio team, based in Malmesbury.\nThe Retail Project Manager will be responsible for leading medium to large scale global Retail projects, with a focus on New Product Development (NPD) launches. Coverage will span from initial brief through to final delivery, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and success criteria, and managing projects through our internal processes, governance milestones and approval stages. The role will work closely with our in-house creative, production and cross-functional teams to bring our products to market on time, within agreed scope, budget and quality requirements.\nKey deliverables of the role (but not limited to)\nTo lead assigned Retail projects from initial brief through to final delivery, defining scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and success criteria. \nTo maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans, milestones and delivery schedules on Monday.com, giving stakeholders clear visibility of progress, actions, ownership and deadlines. \nTo coordinate project activities across multiple functions and stakeholders, driving momentum, removing blockers and ensuring actions are tracked, owned and completed. \nTo manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively, prioritising workload according to business needs and project criticality, and anticipating delivery challenges. \nTo establish clear communication channels and stakeholder engagement plans, manage expectations and provide regular, clear and accurate updates to operational and leadership stakeholders. \nTo understand leadership objectives and translate strategic direction into actionable project plans, ensuring activities remain aligned to business priorities and facilitating timely decision making. \nTo identify and manage project risks and issues proactively, maintaining RAID logs, mitigation, recovery and contingency plans, and escalating risks, issues and decisions in a timely manner. \nTo manage scope changes through agreed governance processes, assessing impacts on timelines, budget and resources and providing concise and objective recommendations where challenges arise. \nTo maintain visibility of project resource requirements and accurate resource allocations on Monday.com, identifying and escalating gaps or constraints before delivery is impacted. \nTo own and monitor the Retail project budget (especially for the Retail asks of NPD projects), supporting cost tracking and forecasting and escalating concerns before delivery is impacted. \nTo ensure projects comply with agreed governance standards, maintaining accurate delivery reporting and documentation and supporting stage gate reviews and approval processes. \nTo ensure project outputs meet Dyson brand and quality standards and comply with relevant safety, legal and operational requirements. \nTo partner with the Commercial Go To Market team and collaborate closely with in-house production teams (Studio / Film / Content / Copy / Imagery), keeping them up-to-date with appropriate information. \nTo demonstrate ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes, challenging inefficiencies and supporting the adoption of improved tools, processes and ways of working. \nTo actively seek feedback, apply learning and demonstrate Dyson values, curiosity, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset. \nStakeholders to manage and work in collaboration with\nCommercial Go To Market team \nProducers (Studio /Film/Content/Copy/Imagery), keeping them up-to-date with appropriate information. \nPlanning & PMO Director \nProduction Team \nDelivery Team \nCreative Teams \nCross-functional operational and leadership stakeholders, building strong and respectful relationships and maintaining confidence through transparency and reliability. \nAbout You\nProven success and experience in managing medium to large scale projects with lots of moving parts \nA true collaborator that brings teams together \nYou will have a solutions’ focused approach to your work \nInfluencing skills ability to drive better ways to deliver \nYou will be able to adapt and work in a fast paced and ever changing environment \nHighly organised and possess excellent time management skills \nPragmatic and decisive: be able to respond to challenges within a project with speed and accuracy and deliver effective solutions \nEnergetic, engaging, confident and positive \nMulti tasker: be able to juggle priorities across multiple needs \nPositive ‘can do’ attitude \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nRetail knowledge would be advantageous \nProven experience of maintaining detailed project plans, RAID logs, budgets, resource plans, delivery reporting and project documentation. \nConfident communicator, able to facilitate decision making, resolve issues and provide concise and objective recommendations to operational and leadership stakeholders. \nStrong understanding of project governance, stage gate reviews, change control and quality requirements. \nExperience of Monday.com or similar project planning and resource management tools would be advantageous. \nA continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge inefficiencies, recommend improvements and support new ways of working. \nBenefits\nAt Dyson, Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses.
