And importantly, we support change to maintain our rapid growth.\nDyson Business Services (DBS) organisation provides process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.\nAbout the role\nTeam Leadership & People Development\nProvide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to Sales Order Processing Specialists.\nFoster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.\nSupport onboarding, training, and development of new team members\nMonitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.\nAssist in performance review processes and individual development planning\nOperational Management\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of customer orders across Turkish and CEE/MEA markets.\nMonitor daily workload, prioritize activities, and allocate resources effectively\nEnsure compliance with internal procedures, controls, and service level agreements (SLAs).\nStakeholder Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other business partners.\nAct as a trusted point of contact for market stakeholders.\nEnsure proactive communication regarding operational issues, service risks, and resolutions.\nSupport cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience and business performance\nManage order adjustments, cancellations, and refunds when necessary.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify and implement improvements to streamline the order management process.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and standards.\nReporting & Analytics:Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales order metrics.\nMonitor order trends, delays, and discrepancies to drive operational improvements.\nTeam task management, Team managenet and Team performance management.\n\nAbout you\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nOver 8 years of experience in sales order management, customer operations, or a related role.\nFluent in English.\nSales order processing of SAP Systems knowledge\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nHave a ‘Can-do’ attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven.\nComfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams.\nWorking in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities.\nExcellent team and performance management skills.\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
