You will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely creation, validation and monitoring of customer orders in close coordination with the outsourced order processing partner, DBS team in Dalian China. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while driving alignment with commercial teams, logistics and fulfilment partners. You will support issue resolution, monitor exceptions and uphold service standards across the end-to-end order lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide leadership of overall sales order process of Japan market\nCompetence owner of Japan SOP process\nMonitor daily order operations performed by DBS team in China. Resolve escalations and exceptions with speed and structure\nMonitor the execution of the order process with clear rules. and keep communicating with stakeholders on the requirement and manage the exceptions\nSupport NPD, new customer order process setup and test.\nProactively manage the order flow across the month and before the consumer moments to avoid the congestion of workload.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders (DBS, sales, sales planning, supply chain, finance in the market) to ensure reliable order flow\nLeverage service data analytics (exp: OTIF) to drive continuous improvement\nWork closely with internal and external customers to improve customer satisfaction\nContinuously drive for process simplification, efficiency enhancement and automation solution\nChallenge and manage B2C forecast accuracy as input to logistics capacity planning.\nExperience and Skills\n- Minimal 5 years of experience in sales order process management or customer fulfilment\n- Understanding of general supply chain process is required\n- Experience of SAP or other ERP system order flows, order reporting and troubleshooting\nData analytical and problem solving skills to deliver sustainable improvements\nFluent English both oral and written\nExcellent communication and Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders\n- Experience of working in international companies is preferred\n- Proven track record of working with third-party partners or shared service providers\nSuccess in the Role Looks Like\n- High order accuracy and on-time delivery through smooth coordination between market and DBS\n- Strong working relationship with DBS based on trust, responsiveness and service accountability\n- Market stakeholders feel well-supported and confident in the order flow and fulfilment\n- Minimal order-related escalations due to proactive issue management and data quality\n- Tangible contribution to improvements in customer experience, efficiency and reliability\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
