You will identify opportunities to remove complexity, increase automation, improve service delivery, and enable future AI-enabled HR capabilities to improve operational performance, data quality, compliance, and user experience.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the review, redesign, and improvement of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.\nSimplify and standardize the People operating model to improve consistency, scalability, service delivery, and user experience.\nEnsure HR processes are standardized, locally appropriate, compliant, audit-ready, and supported by effective controls.\nEstablish global process standards, governance frameworks, documentation, and clear process ownership.\nPartner with HR operations teams to define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, service metrics, process performance, and data quality.\nPartner with HR Technology, IT, and business teams to optimize the technology roadmap and translate process needs into effective system, workflow, automation, and self-service solutions.\nUse insights and analytics to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and inform technology investment decisions.\nLead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and capability building to embed operational excellence across HR.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree.\n5+ years of experience in Human resources.\nExperience with enterprise HR systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Transformation, or Process Excellence roles.\nDemonstrated experience leading large-scale HR process improvement initiatives. \nExposure to HR technology transformation and AI-enabled process automation\nPrior Experience with Workday. \nExperience in a global, matrixed organization. \nStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and project management skills. \nStructured problem-solving capability. \nStrong stakeholder management, consulting, written communication, and presentation skills. \nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
