The incumbent wouldneed to develop a strong understanding of theSupply Chain andKeyMarketsteamdeliverables and plans andidentifyon impactofbusinessplans tocash flow forecast and delivery.He/Shewouldalso need toensuretreasury services and support are delivered efficiently and meeting the needs of eachmarketwhile maintainingtreasury controls and policy compliance in eachmarket.\nThe rolewillrequirestrongglobal/regional treasuryknowledgethatunderscores the evolving role of the treasury function as a strategic business partner amidst a landscape of economic uncertainties.For example,Treasuryconsiderationslikepayment currencies, potential FX impacts, country regulationson payments etc.that need to bebrought to the forefront ofSupply Chaindiscussionswhenreviewingtheirmanufacturing footprint.\nKeyResponsibilities\nBusiness Partnering DrivingCash and Liquidity Management\nPrepare cash flow forecast and analysis forSupply Chain andMarketteams.\n\nWork closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to identify and drive cashflow improvement initiatives.\n\nIdentify and engage external providers, such as banks, to support such actions. Implement and monitor appropriate corporate policies to guidethese initiatives.\n\nReporting and Compliance\nPrepare monthly reports outlininglatest cash flow forecastsaligned with monthly integrated business planning discussions for presentation to senior stakeholders.\n\nEnsure FX exposuresand changesare appropriately capturedin contract negotiationsand reported so that effective FX management can be conducted.\n\nSupport business partners withbank guarantee, custom bondsandanyother types of support as may be required by the business operations.\n\nChampion regulatorycompliance with local regulatory requirements and stay updated on relevant banking changes.\n\nProcess Improvement\nSupport Assistant Treasurer-Cashflow & Regions in leading treasury transformation activities, ensuring Dyson treasury continues to provide best practice support to the organization.\n\nContribute to the development and implementation of new treasury tools and systems.\n\nDeputize for Assistant Treasurer when required representing Treasury in the broader organization.\n\nExperience/technical skills\nDegree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related field.\n\nIdeally8+ years of global experience in corporate treasury in a multi-national group ideally at a Group level. Experience in other areas of finance (FP&A, operations) would be beneficial.\n\nPreferred but not required to possess professional qualification such as CFA, FRM or CPA.\n\nSystems experience, especially TMS (SAP ideally) but also banking proprietary systems and SWIFT.\n\nStrongProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\n\nConfident and demonstrated experience in owning and running significant projects\n\nPersonal attributes\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nAbility to coach and developanalysts in the team.\n\nEagerness to learn and take on new challenges.\n\nStrong interpersonal communication and interpersonal skillswill be required to successfully navigate and business partner internal and external stakeholders\n\nInitiative in resolving issues with energy for creating efficiencies and to sort things out thoroughly and early\n\nCapable of transitioning between an overview perspective and an in-depth examination of issues\n\nBe ananalytical thinker, comfortable working with numbers todrivecommercial outcomes\n\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
