You are accountable for smooth daily operations, team motivation, and upholding Dyson’s high standards on the shopfloor.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Experience & Store Standards\nDeliver hands-on Dyson demonstrations, driving customer engagement and satisfaction\nEnsure the shopfloor is always clean, organized, and visually aligned to Dyson standards\nAddress and resolve customer queries and minor escalations promptly and professionally\nSet the tone for service culture and customer focus throughout the team\nTeam Support, Coaching & Task Management\nDirect and support the daily activities of Experts and Stylists on the shopfloor\nOnboard new team members, demonstrating best practices and Dyson behaviors\nProvide day-to-day feedback and coaching, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment\nHelp communicate daily targets, track progress, and motivate the team to achieve results\nLead daily huddles or briefings to ensure clear alignment and energy on the floor\nSales & Performance\nAssist in delivering sales targets through personal selling and team support\nEncourage and support product mix and attachment rate improvements (such as accessories and premium lines)\nReport sales progress or concerns directly to the Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader\nOperations & Compliance\nTake responsibility for stock handling, replenishment, and accurate product displays\nEnsure adherence to operational processes, including cash handling and health and safety\nSupport loss prevention and report any stock or security issues immediately\nMonitor POS materials and manage minor maintenance needs on the shopfloor\nBrand & Culture\nAct as a Dyson role model, demonstrating integrity, passion for technology, and a commitment to outstanding customer experience\nPromote a culture of innovation, quality, and teamwork\nSupport in driving local initiatives and communicating brand campaigns to the team\nHow Success is Measured\nAchievement of daily and weekly sales and conversion goals\nCustomer experience metrics (NPS, Mystery Shopper, Google reviews)\nTeam engagement (feedback, collaboration, adherence to Dyson values)\nOperational excellence (stock management, cleanliness, compliance)\nAbout You\nExperience in a retail or customer-facing environment, ideally with team responsibilities\nConfident, approachable, and energetic shopfloor leader\nStrong communication and coaching skills\nDetail-oriented and reliable, takes pride in high standards and teamwork\nAble to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays\nStrong interest in technology and customer service\nDyson is an equal opportunity employer.
