Customer Satisfactionsurveys will be completed to validate\n\nStrategic Alignment go-to-market strategies \nProactive Risk and Escalation Management when needed \nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDay to Day Operations:\nDesign, develop, and deploy canvas and model-driven Power Apps that meet business requirementsand deliver a strong user experience.\nBuild, automate, and optimize business processes using Power Automate cloud flows, including error\nhandling, retry logic, and performance tuning.\nDesign and build conversational agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, connecting them\nto enterprise data and systems.\nDesign Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles, to\nsupport scalable applications.\nDevelop standard and custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with internal and\nthird-party systems.\nIntegrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (lists, libraries, Teams, Outlook) to streamline\ncollaboration and document workflows.\nConsume and expose JSON / REST APIs, handling authentication, payload parsing, and error scenarios.\nManage the solution application lifecycle (ALM), including environment strategy, managed solutions,\nversioning, and automated deployments across Dev, Test, and Production.\nGather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical designs, solution\ndocumentation, and working prototypes.\nSupport testing and UAT, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously enhance existing\nsolutions.\nApply security, governance, and data protection best practices across all Power Platform solutions.\nReview the work of peers, mentor junior developers, and contribute to Power Platform standards and\nreusable components.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n 5-6 years of overall experience in software or application development, with substantial hands-onexperience on the Microsoft Power Platform.\nStrong experience building canvas and model-driven Power Apps.\nProven experience designing and delivering Power Automate cloud flows for enterprise processes.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building copilots and conversational solutions.\nSolid understanding of Dataverse, including data modeling, security roles, and business logic.\nExperience building and managing standard and custom connectors.\nExperience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.\nWorking knowledge of JSON and REST APIs, including authentication and integration patterns.\nPractical experience with solution ALM: environments, managed solutions, and deployment pipelines.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with\nbusiness stakeholders.\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.\nExperience integrating WhatsApp / Infobip and other messaging channels.\nExperience integrating with HCM / ERP systems through APIs.\nExperience with Azure Functions for extending Power Platform solutions.\nKnowledge of DLP policies and tenant governance.\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200,
