The engagement\nfocuses on improving the quality, consistency, and usability of IT Asset and\nProduct Model data in ServiceNow through data profiling, standards definition,\nhistorical data preparation, AI-enabled cleansing, testing, and validation.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong ServiceNow development expertise\nwith practical experience working with enterprise data. This role requires\nsomeone who can translate business and functional requirements into\nscalable technical solutions, support complex data extraction and\ntransformation activities, and collaborate closely with architects, AI\nspecialists, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery\nlifecycle.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\n Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and\nautomation solutions according to technical design specifications.\n Write and maintain server-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script\nIncludes, Scheduled Jobs, and Transform Maps.\n Develop client-side scripts, including Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI\nActions, and Catalog Client Scripts.\n Build and configure Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Order\nGuides.\n Implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP,\nand IntegrationHub.\n Configure and develop AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Virtual\nAgent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assist.\n Build and maintain Virtual Agent conversation flows and NLU models to\nenhance user self-service.\n Implement generative AI capabilities for knowledge management, case\nsummarization, and intelligent search.\n Apply responsible AI practices during development, including data\nquality, testing, and requirements.\n Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics\nindicators.\n Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality and\nadherence to best practices.\n Document technical solutions, including configuration details, code\ncomments, and deployment procedures.\n Support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post\ndeployment phases.\n Follow platform best practices for performance optimization, security,\nand upgrade safety.\n Participate in technical design sessions and provide input on\nimplementation approaches.\n Assist in knowledge transfer and training of client technical resources.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software\nEngineering, or a related field.\n Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including Business\nRules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.\n Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development\ntechnologies.\n Experience configuring and developing solutions using ServiceNow\nStudio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.\n Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations\nwith external systems.\n Experience with ServiceNow data models, Import Sets, Transform Maps,\ndata integrations, and large enterprise datasets.\n Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions involving IT Asset\nManagement (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB,\nProduct Model, or enterprise data-quality initiatives.\n Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, transformation,\nnormalization, and troubleshooting.\n Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data analysis,\nqueries, and reporting.\n Ability to independently troubleshoot complex ServiceNow, integration,\nand data-related issues.\n Experience supporting system integration testing, product testing, UAT\ndefect resolution, regression testing, and release-readiness activities.\n Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and structured software\ndevelopment standards.\n Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.\n Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery\nenvironment.\n Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and\nstakeholder management skills.\nAI & DATA CAPABILITIES\n Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Virtual Agent,\nPredictive Intelligence, and Now Assist.\n Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and\nprompt engineering.\n Understanding of responsible AI principles, including data governance,\nbias awareness, transparency, security, and human oversight.\nREQUIRED SERVICENOW CERTIFICATIONS\n Certified System Administrator (CSA) -
