The Developer will work closely with\nthe Solution Architect and Business Analyst to design, build, and deploy scalable, AI-enabled\nServiceNow solutions within a complex enterprise environment.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nDeliver ServiceNow enhancements, configurations, and backlog items aligned to sprint priorities\nand business objectives.\nDesign and build custom REST API integrations with external systems in alignment with the\nplatform architecture.\nImplement AI-enabled development practices and leverage the ServiceNow AI stack, including\nNow Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to improve solution quality and efficiency.\nPartner with the Solution Architect and stakeholders to design scalable, best-practice ServiceNow\nsolutions.\nApply automation principles to improve speed, quality, and delivery efficiency across the backlog.\nSupport sprint execution, including development, peer review, testing, deployment preparation,\nand continuous platform improvement.\nParticipate in sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nContribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to the Team Working\nAgreement.\n[Lead Developers] Provide technical guidance and code reviews for Senior Developers; serve as\na point of escalation for complex development challenges.\n[Lead Developers] Take ownership of complex integrations and high-priority backlog items\nrequiring architectural alignment.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n6-9 years of ServiceNow development experience;
