systems healthy – own daily application and system health checks to ensure stability, uptime, and operational reliability\nImprove monitoring & alerting – drive continuous improvement of monitoring and alerting across infrastructure and application environments\nSupport infrastructure operations – manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including network, systems, storage, and virtualization/containerization platforms\nDesign network architecture – design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable network architecture\nAssist data centre projects – plan and execute data centre relocation, migration, and consolidation projects, including capacity planning, rack/power/cabling coordination, and cutover scheduling\nMaintain critical documentation – prepare and maintain accurate documentation on IT assets, network diagrams, system configurations, and DR/BCP procedures\nWork closely with customers – liaise with customers’ IT personnel to identify problems, propose solutions, and advise on infrastructure design\nProvide hands-on support – provide call support and on-site support whenever necessary\nManage incidents effectively – document and track incidents with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions\nSupport business continuity – provide rotational after-office-hours and weekend support when required (off in lieu provided)\nContribute where needed – take on any other tasks assigned as part of infrastructure and operational support\n----------------\n🎯 What You Bring to the Table\nDegree in Information Technology or a related field\nSome working experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Network Engineering but we are also open to fresh graduates\nHands-on experience with:\n- RHEL\n- Firewalls\n- Routers\n- Switches\n- Hypervisor / containerization platforms\nKnowledge in network design and setup, including:\n- VLAN\n- IPSec VPN\n- SD-WAN\n- Routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP\nAble to work independently with good initiative and willingness to take on responsibility\nWilling to provide call support, on-site support, and rotational after-hours/weekend support when required\n----------------\n⭐ Bonus Points If You Have\nRHCSA / RHCE certification\nWorking experience in CI/CD implementation\nWorking experience with Oracle and MySQL databases\nWorking experience
