We aim at achieving sustainable and profitable growth by fulfillment of our role in society.\n\nJunior Project Manager (at centralized country PMO)\n\nJob Brief:\n\nWe are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Junior Project Manager to join our team and to lead successful delivery of various projects typical for the Banking industry.\n\nAs a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing monitoring, and closing projects within budget and time constraints. You will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.\n\nThe position requires an understanding of project management, organizational skills, leadership, and communication skills.\n\nRequirements & Skills:\n\nMaster’s degree in Project Management, Economics, Computer Science, IT or another related field\n\nFluency in English and Bulgarian\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in project management (preferably in the banking or financial services industry)\n\nAbility to manage complex and cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies\n\nCertification with international Project Management Standards (i.e. PMI (CAPM/PMP), Prince2, IPMA) (advantage)\n\nSoftware development cycle expertise and knowledge (e.g. SDLC, ITIL) (advantage)\n\nSystems integrations & data migration expertise and knowledge (advantage)\n\nProficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, M365\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nAttitude:\n\nMotivated to be part of a big organizational transformation\n\nOpen to work in and lead a cross-functional teams\n\nCreative thinker with a vision. Fast learner\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving person with excellent communication & presentation skills\n\nWell-organized, detail-oriented, with good time management and adhering to deadlines.\n\nLeader (without formal authority) and Influencer with good relationship management skills\n\nMaintaining a positive attitude and respectful behavior even under pressure\n\nExcellent in conflict/issue management\n\nSelf-driven and highly motivated in a dynamic environment and easily adapts to change\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead End-to-End strategic Projects, Project teams and all activities to ensure that the project remains on track (i.e. schedule, quality, budget, resources, risks – full responsibility) and delivers desired results/benefits\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and communicate/collaborate with them on a daily basis\n\nAlign project objectives and deliverables with the organization’s strategic goals and vision\n\nTracking progress and ensuring project milestones/deadlines are met\n\nAssessing project risks and issues.
