The candidate will work in a vehicle development and manufacturing environment where projects are realized with the highest degree of commitment to quality and efficiency.\nThe successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who has direct, hands-on experience testing avionics products. The candidate must have solid technical abilities, able to quickly analyze technical difficulties, isolate problems to the component level, and promptly resolve the problem as necessary.\nRequired Skills and Responsibilities:\nMust have a strong background with electrical systems theory of operation, ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and written instructions\nMust have the ability to assemble, modify, test, and other electrical components.\nExecute test plans/procedures, collect test data, and report the results.\nSolve manufacturability/product assembly issues by modularizing product\nReviewed schematics, Bills of Material, and PWB layouts.\nDevelop and perform acceptance testing of electronic assemblies, from board level to upper assembly box level\nAbility to use test equipment such as multi-meters and aircraft systems specific related test equipment.\nFollow specific tool control, FOD control, and safety guidelines and policies.\nExemplary communication skills.\nWorks independently with little to no supervision.\nAble to perform assigned duties while wearing required PPE safety equipment.\nPerform other duties as directed by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, or employee(s).\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n4-6 years’ relative work experience.\nA & P License preferred\nPreferred Skills/Qualifications:\nExperience in theoretical and practical experience with robotic technologies.\nAble to clearly document maintenance and repair actions, equipment status tags, logs, parts requests, etc. \nExperience with RC flying and modeling preferred but not required\nClearance Level Required: No Security Clearance is required, but it is highly desired.\nExport Control / ITAR Requirement: This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms\nWork Authorization Requirement:\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.\nTravel Required: None.\nWorking Conditions:\nThe diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment to a warehouse environment.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nMust have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs.\nInvolves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work.\nHourly Rate: $30.00 - $45.00\nHourly rate depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions.
