Join us.\nPosition Title: Electrical Engineering Technical\nLocation: Portland, OR\nWork Arrangement: On-site\nPosition Summary:\nThe Electrical Engineering Technician in this position will perform assigned tasks from Electrical Engineers including, surface mount soldering and rework, circuit debugging with test equipment, cable and harness design/assembly, and electromechanical system testing. This position will work closely with a diverse Engineering team designing new CUAS products and supporting existing products in a fast-paced environment.\nRequired Duties and Responsibilities:\nWork with the Electrical Engineering team to support embedded hardware design and troubleshooting, building CUAS systems.\nSoldering and reworking fine pitch electrical components.\nEvaluate schematic and circuit board layout in CAD programs such as Altium.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams in prototype and production environments.\nRequired Skills/Qualifications:\nPrinted Circuit Board soldering and rework experience.\nElectronic test equipment experience with power supplies, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers.\nExperience with electro-mechanical systems, cables, enclosure design, circuit assembly.\nUnderstanding of basic Embedded Engineering design principles - PCB layout, circuit design, microcontrollers, etc.\nPreferred Skills/Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with PCB IPC standards.\nRF, Defense and Aerospace industry experience.\nEducation:\nNo degree required, but technical certificate or degree a plus.\n2-5+ years of relevant industry work experience.\nClearance Level Required: None\nTravel Required: Not required for daily activities, but probable travel once per quarter\nWorking Conditions:\nThe diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:\nMust have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs.\nInvolves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work.\nExport Control / ITAR Requirement:\nThis position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, employment is contingent upon meeting applicable export control eligibility requirements and compliance obligations.\nWork Authorization Requirement:\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.\nHourly rate: $32.80 - $43.40\nSalary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
