Join us.\nPosition Title: Finance Manager\nLocation: Portland, OR\nWork Arrangement: On-site\nPosition Summary\nWe’re looking for a highly analytical finance professional with strong revenue and billing experience. This hybrid role supports financial reporting, budgeting, scenario modeling, and ensures billing and revenue accuracy. The ideal candidate can translate financial details into clear insights for division leaders and partner cross-functionally across FP&A, Accounting, and Billing.\nRequired Duties and Responsibilities:\nBuild monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance explanations\nSupport budgets, forecasts, and scenario modeling\nValidate billing accuracy and ensure proper revenue recognition\nExplain billed vs recognized revenue differences to business leaders\nPartner with division leads on performance, risks, and opportunities\nImprove financial processes, reporting, and systems\nRequired Skills/Qualifications:\n4-8 years in FP&A and/or Accounting\nStrong financial modeling + Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling),\nFinancial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting.\nUnderstanding of revenue recognition concepts (ASC 606 preferred)\nExperience reviewing billing and contract terms\nExcellent communication and business partnership skills\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting\nPreferred Skills/Qualifications:\nProficiency with ERP systems (Business Central preferred)\nMaster’s degree in finance or accounting\nClearance Level Required: No clearance required.\nExport Control / ITAR Requirement: This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
