Join us.\nPosition Title: Production Assembler/Technician\nLocation: Portland, Oregon\nWork Arrangement: On-Site M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM\nPosition Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced Production Assembler/Technician to support our Portland operations. This position works on the manufacturing, production, and service of products. This includes the on-time assembly, testing, quality, packaging, and shipping of US and international sales orders. The employee must have the ability to perform essential job duties without posing a direct threat to safety or health of the employee or others. The employee must also perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nRequired Duties and Responsibilities:\nReceiving of both inventory and non-inventory materials and supply items\nInventory management and accuracy\nProcessing WO’s, and conducting transactions in our ERP system.\nProduce new units as well as conduct repairs. Repair activities include: evaluating, estimating, and performing repairs, modification or overhaul of customer returned units to manufacturing specifications.\nRequired Skills/Qualifications:\n5+ years’ experience working in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment as a Production Assembler/Technician\nPreferred Skills/Qualifications:\nInventory control\nReceiving, and shipping in an ITAR/Export Controlled environment.\nConduct oneself with a high degree of honesty and integrity.\nVerbal & written communications skills.\nCreativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness in identifying and resolving issues.\nFollow goals, policies and standard operating procedures of the organization.\nProficient with Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.\nWork in cross functional teams.\nAbility to solve problems quickly and efficiently.\nEducation:\nAssociate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nClearance Level Required: None\nTravel Required: Limited\nWorking Conditions:\nThe diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:\nMust have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs.\nInvolves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work.\nExport Control / ITAR Requirement:\nThis position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, employment is contingent upon meeting applicable export control eligibility requirements and compliance obligations.\nWork Authorization Requirement:\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.\nHourly Rate: $25.52 - $40.00\nPay depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
