We value people, prioritize safety, welcome ideas and honest feedback, and take pride in delivering exceptional service.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead daily delivery operations: Coordinate Leads and Drivers to meet on-time delivery standards and key performance goals.\n\nDevelop your team: Coach employees and oversee new-driver field training, ongoing safety training, equipment handling, and customer service.\n\nChampion safety: Enforce DOT requirements and company safety policies to reduce vehicle incidents and workplace injuries.\n\nMaintain food safety: Uphold HACCP, applicable food safety requirements, and company standards; support customer audits.\n\nResolve problems: Address delivery challenges and customer concerns promptly, conduct store audits, and build strong relationships with store personnel.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n3-5 years of supervisory experience managing teams and daily operations, including experience in delivery or logistics.\n\nPrevious driving and customer service experience.\n\nA valid CDL .\n\nEffective communication, sound judgment, and basic Microsoft Office skills.\n\nAt least 21 years of age.\n\nAbility to pass a physical exam, drug screening, and background check and obtain a DOT Medical Card.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 75 pounds repetitively and push or pull up to 300 pounds using a four-wheel dolly or drag hook.
