You must have at least 6 months of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle.\nWHY JOIN US\n$25.00 per hour\nOvertime available\nLocal routes - home every day\nFull-time, consistent work\nHands-on leadership experience\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n8 paid holidays\n401(k) with company match\nCompany-paid life insurance\nShort- and long-term disability\nTuition reimbursement\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDrive a 26-ft box truck on local delivery routes\nDeliver fresh food products to 7-Eleven stores\nCover open routes and shifts as needed\nTrain, coach, and support new and current drivers\nHelp coordinate daily route execution\nSupport drivers with route, delivery, and operational issues\nEnsure manifests, FERs, DOT logs, and required documentation are completed accurately\nMonitor fleet cleanliness and readiness\nReinforce DOT, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety standards\nAssist with vehicle incidents and workers’ compensation reporting\nPartner with the Distribution Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly\nWHAT YOU NEED\nAt least 6 months of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle\nMust be at least 21 years old\nValid driver’s license in your state of residence\nMVR that meets company guidelines\nDOT compliant\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nAbility to train, coach, and support other drivers\nAbility to frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs.\nAbility to push and pull up to 250 lbs.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced overnight operation\nFlexibility to cover routes and shifts as needed, including weekends, holidays, and scheduled days off\nSCHEDULE\nThis position supports a 24/7 operation and requires flexibility based on business needs.
