We hope you’ll join us!\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\nWe are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative, data, and project support to the CDC Operations Manager and other management personnel. This is a fast-paced role focused on customer service, data accuracy, and operational excellence.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCustomer Interaction\nProactively and positively greet customers, employees, and vendors.\n\nAnswer inbound calls and make outbound calls for delivery quality assurance.\n\nData Management\nPerform high-level, accurate data entry.\n\nAnalyze trends and resolve discrepancies using system and report data.\n\nDaily Task Support\nAssist with daily tasks such as HACCP documentation and verification, safety checks, orientation setup, scanning, filing, and tracking paperwork.\n\nHuman Resources Support\nAssist with HR-related projects and administrative initiatives as needed.\n\nSCHEDULE\nFull-time, Monday-Friday\n\nMay require occasional flexibility during peak business periods.\n\nPAY TRANSPARENCY\nHourly Pay: $20.00, consistent with our internal compensation framework.\nClassification: Non-Exempt / Full-Time\nIncentive: Not bonus-eligible\nFinal pay determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organization.\n\nAbility to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.\n\nPositive, professional attitude.\n\nProficiency in speaking and understanding English.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs.\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-priority office environment.\n\nAbility to work at CDC temperatures (38-70°F) for short periods when needed.\n\nTolerant of frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.\n\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT E.A.
