Sween is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Lewisville, TX. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, supports teammates, solves problems, and takes pride in getting the job done right.\nFor most of the year, you will support daily warehouse operations, coordinate workflow, train associates, maintain safety and quality standards, and step into warehouse functions as needed.\nOnce per year, you will complete a planned three-month overnight rotation from 10:00 P.M.-6:00 A.M. During this rotation, approximately 85-90% of your work will focus on receiving and inventory, including scanning incoming products into the system and verifying accuracy. You will receive an additional $1.00-per-hour shift differential while working the overnight rotation.\nPAY & SCHEDULE\n$21.85 per hour\nAdditional $1.00-per-hour differential during the overnight rotation\n$22.85 total hourly rate while working overnight\nFixed four-day workweek\nOne planned three-month overnight rotation per year\nOvernight rotation hours: 10:00 P.M.-6:00 A.M.\nOvertime opportunities available\nFull-time, consistent work\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nHelp coordinate daily warehouse workflow and priorities\nSupport task assignments and keep operations moving\nTrain, coach, and support warehouse associates\nAssist with receiving, staging, inventory, pricing, and product dating\nMonitor accuracy, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards\nCommunicate daily progress and issues to warehouse leadership\nIdentify problems and help resolve them quickly\nStep into warehouse functions as needed\nDuring the overnight rotation, receive incoming products, scan items into the system, verify counts, and support inventory accuracy\nWHAT YOU NEED\nExceptional attendance and dependability\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nAbility to work independently and take ownership\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nBasic math and computer skills\nAbility to train, guide, and support others\nFlexibility to work weekends and holidays based on schedule\nAbility to complete one three-month overnight rotation annually\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nReceiving or inventory experience\nPrevious lead, trainer, or supervisory experience\nWarehouse, distribution, or logistics experience\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to work in temperatures ranging from approximately 35°F to 75°F\nAbility to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to push or pull up to 250 lbs.\nAbility to frequently bend, kneel, squat, push, and reach\nWHY E.A.
