A BEng/MEng in Electrical Engineering is required.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nElectrical Engineer SLD (Single-Line Diagram)\nPretoria West\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\n\nBEng/MEng in Electrical Engineering.\n\n2–5+ years of experience in electrical design engineering (preferably LV/MV systems).\n\nExperience with solar PV, commercial inverters, microgrids, and grid code compliance in both LV and MV situations.\n\nTechnical Skills: \n\nProficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink)\n\nCAD software for schematic design\n\nUnderstand protection equipment\n\nReticulation design and familiarity with power semiconductor devices (IGBTs, MOSFETs).\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign & Development: Conceptualize and design power electronics circuits, including inverter topologies, magnetic components, SLD’s for products.\n\nTesting & Validation: Write and perform hands-on testing of prototypes.
