Today, the company continues to develop innovative software solutions, online platforms and original digital products, combining technological expertise, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Perl Developer to join our team and work on large-scale, high-traffic systems.\n\nIn this key role, you will design and build backend services, troubleshoot complex issues, and support mission-critical products that operate under heavy load, high concurrency, and real-time performance requirements.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain backend code supporting website functionality.\n\nDesign and implement new features and system improvements.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in high-load production environments.\n\nWork closely with web designers, front-end developers, and other back-end engineers.\n\nRefactor, optimize, and update existing codebases.\n\nIntegrate backend systems with third-party services and APIs.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\n\nQualifications\n\n3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.\n\nStrong experience with Perl, or relevant experience with Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.\n\nHands-on experience with MySQL/MariaDB (Galera Cluster experience is a strong plus).\n\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend handlers using Ajax/Fetch.\n\nExperience with WebSocket daemons or event-driven programming.\n\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and writing skills.\n\nAdvantages\n\nExperience with Unix-based operating systems (FreeBSD, Linux, etc.).\n\nGood understanding of Apache/NGINX web servers (a plus, not mandatory).\n\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\n\nSelf-motivated and comfortable in a results-driven environment.\n\nCritical thinking and proactive participation in process improvements.\n\nFocused, detail-oriented, and determined.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive remuneration that reflects your experience and expertise.\n\nPrivate health insurance (including dental).\n\nMultisport card.\n\nFood vouchers.\n\nConvenient office location.\n\nA collaborative team culture that values technical expertise and knowledge-sharing.\n\nOpportunities for continuous learning and professional development.\n\nInterested?
