Today, the company continues to develop innovative software solutions, online platforms and original digital products, combining technological expertise, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.\n\nWe are looking for a senior front-end specialist with strong expertise in HTML and CSS, who understands browser internals, rendering pipelines, and modern performance metrics, and can consistently deliver low TTFB, excellent LCP, stable CLS, and fast overall load times.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nBuild and maintain high-performance front-end architectures optimized for speed, scalability, and minimal resource usage.\n\nApply deep knowledge of browser rendering, networking, caching, and critical-path optimization.\n\nReduce Time to First Byte (TTFB), First Contentful Paint (FCP), Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Time to Interactive (TTI), and First Input Delay (FID) across all products.\n\nEnsure Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) remains near zero through careful layout design and render-stable UI patterns.\n\nImplement advanced optimization techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, preloading, prefetching, HTTP/2 push alternatives, and asset prioritization.\n\nMinimize JavaScript execution cost and memory usage through efficient data structures, batching, and render minimization.\n\nDevelop mobile-first features optimized for low-power devices and slow networks.\n\nCollaborate closely with back-end engineers to optimize API payloads, caching headers, compression, and server-side performance.\n\nAnalyze performance using DevTools, Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, WebPageTest, and RUM data.\n\nMaintain consistent UX, visual quality, and strong brand standards while improving performance.\n\nStay up-to-date with emerging browser APIs, rendering techniques, and performance-centric best practices.\n\nQualifications\n\n3+ years of front-end development experience.\n\nExpert knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including Flexbox, Grid, containment, and GPU layers.\n\nDeep understanding of JavaScript, V8 behaviour, async flows, and memory management.\n\nExperience with AJAX/Fetch, streaming APIs, and WebSocket communications.\n\nSolid background in cross-browser debugging, responsive/adaptive layouts, and accessibility.\n\nExperience improving and monitoring Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID, INP).\n\nComfortable working on applications with heavy traffic and strict performance SLAs.\n\nAnalytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative work style.\n\nAdvantages\n\nExperience with TypeScript.\n\nStrong ownership attitude and high attention to detail.\n\nFamiliarity with bundle optimization (tree shaking, dead-code elimination, chunk analysis).\n\nFamiliarity with image optimization (AVIF/WebP, adaptive loading, responsive images, lazy loading).\n\nFamiliarity with resource hints (preload, preconnect, dns-prefetch).\n\nFamiliarity with Service Workers, caching strategies, and background processing.\n\nStrong understanding of network optimization and CDN behaviour.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive remuneration that reflects your experience and expertise.\n\nPrivate health insurance (including dental).\n\nMultisport card.\n\nFood vouchers.\n\nConvenient office location.\n\nA collaborative team culture that values technical expertise and knowledge-sharing.\n\nOpportunities for continuous learning and professional development.\n\nInterested?
