professionalism, confidentiality and excellent customer service in all client interactions.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor\\'s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline.\n\n 0–2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, client relations or a similar role.\n\n Previous experience in a healthcare facility, hospital, diagnostic centre or related service environment will be an added
