The ideal candidate is a strong developer with deep experience in Python and C#, and solid exposure to Frappe-based systems and Oracle ERP environments.\nThis role requires ownership, not supervision - you will build, customize, integrate, deploy, and support ERP solutions by yourself while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA doer, not a coordinator.\nSomeone who can implement and develop ERP systems independently.\nComfortable working across Python, C#, Frappe, and Oracle without heavy supervision.\nA problem solver who enjoys building scalable ERP solutions end to end.\nKey Responsibilities\nERP Development & Customization:\nDesign, develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules using Python (Frappe framework) and C#.\nIndependently implement ERP solutions from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.\nCustomize workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and business logic to meet operational needs.\nDevelop and maintain custom ERP apps and extensions on Frappe.\nIntegration & Data Management:\nIntegrate ERP systems with third-party applications, APIs, and internal platforms.\nDesign and optimize database schemas, queries, and performance (SQL / Oracle DB).\nHandle data migration, validation, and synchronization between systems.\nOracle ERP Development:\nDevelop and support custom components, integrations, and enhancements within Oracle ERP environments.\nWork with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and reporting tools as required.\nEnsure data integrity, performance optimization, and system stability.\nSystem Ownership & Support:\nOwn the full ERP development lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve ERP-related issues efficiently.\nEnsure security, scalability, and performance best practices are applied.\nCollaboration & Documentation:\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions independently.\nWork closely with functional teams to improve ERP processes.\nProduce clear technical documentation and user guides.\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical Skills\n 3-7+ years of experience in ERP development (mid to senior level).\nStrong proficiency in Python (mandatory).\nStrong proficiency in C#.\nHands-on experience with Frappe / ERPNext or similar frameworks.\nSolid experience working with Oracle ERP systems and Oracle databases.\nStrong SQL skills;
