environment.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience operating gantry cranes.\nValid crane operator certification or license, as applicable to the equipment and local requirements.\nGood knowledge of lifting operations, load handling, and safety procedures.\nAbility to operate cranes safely when handling heavy elements.\nFamiliarity with daily equipment inspections and basic
