procedures.\nManage HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.\nSupport other HR functions as needed, including performance management, benefits administration, and training and development.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR initiatives.\nCommunicate HR policies, programs, and updates to employees clearly and effectively.\nBuild strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a culture of trust and transparency.\nParticipate in HR team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.\nRepresent the HR department in meetings with senior leadership and other stakeholders.\nRequirements\nBSc. degree in business administration or any relevant.\n2-4 experience in HR.\nGood Knowledge of Labor law for Egypt, & UAE.\nOutstanding knowledge of MS Office.\nWell-organized, able to work with deadlines.\nAccurate and Accountable.\nExcellent communication and people skills.\nExcellent command of English.\nAptitude in
