proven experience managing complex technology projects, a strong consulting background, and extensive hands-on experience delivering projects within Agile environments.\nExperience within the fintech, digital banking, and Open Banking ecosystem will be a significant advantage.\nThe ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional leadership, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to successful delivery while managing demanding stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex business requirements.\nThe role requires a proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership, a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, and the ability to confidently manage client engagements, cross-functional teams, and strategic technology initiatives.\n\nKey Performance Expectations\n\nThe successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to:\n\nMaintain delivery discipline: Establish strong governance, proactively satisfaction.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualification:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of project management frameworks, governance principles, and technology delivery methodologies.\nSound understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management approaches.\nExcellent business acumen, analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and strategic problem-solving abilities.\nRelevant professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or an equivalent recognized qualification.\n\nExperience:\n\nProven track record of delivering projects within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects, complex dependencies, and competing business priorities.\nStrong experience engaging senior executives, enterprise clients, technical teams, third-party vendors, and external delivery partners.\nProven consulting experience, with direct responsibility for managing client engagements, stakeholder expectations, project deliverables, and business outcomes.\nDemonstrated ability to lead project governance, risk management, change management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.\nExperience coordinating software development, API integrations, system implementations, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.\nExtensive hands-on experience working within Agile environments, coordinating Scrum teams, managing delivery cycles, and driving continuous improvement.\nMinimum of five years of demonstrable experience successfully managing and delivering technology, software development, digital transformation, or enterprise implementation projects.\nExposure to financial services, fintech, digital banking, or Open Banking projects.\nDemonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closure.\n\nMust Have:\n\nProject Delivery & Execution:\n\nProven ability to take full ownership of project delivery, driving execution, accountability, and successful outcomes across all project phases.\nDemonstrated capability to proactively identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, critical dependencies, risks, and issues before they impact project objectives.\nAbility to establish and enforce effective project governance, reporting structures, escalation procedures, and change control processes.\nStrong expertise in project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, milestone tracking, and delivery assurance.\nAbility to manage complex implementation timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.\n\nAgile & Technical Delivery:\n\nStrong practical experience applying Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, within technology delivery environments.\nSound understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, quality assurance, integration, testing, and deployment.\nAbility to work effectively with product managers, business analysts, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and solution architects.\nAbility to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.\nProficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project delivery and collaboration tools.\n\nConsulting & Stakeholder Management:\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.\nProven ability to engage confidently with senior management, executive stakeholders, clients, and technical delivery teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex project information clearly and persuasively.\nAbility to lead client meetings, project governance sessions, steering committee reviews, and executive presentations.\nStrong consulting mindset, with demonstrated ability to understand client challenges, manage expectations, and translate business objectives into executable project plans.\n\nGovernance, Reporting & Performance:\n\nExperience managing scope changes, resource constraints, delivery risks, and stakeholder escalations.\nStrong experience developing project charters, delivery plans, RAID logs, status reports, governance documentation, and executive dashboards.\nStrong understanding of quality assurance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness, and project closure requirements.\nAbility to maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensure delivery transparency, and drive continuous process improvement.\nAbility to establish meaningful project KPIs, track delivery performance, and provide accurate, actionable management reports.\n\nBusiness & Industry Knowledge:\n\nGood understanding of financial technology, digital banking solutions, and Open Banking principles.\nStrong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to align project delivery with business value and strategic objectives.\nFamiliarity with API-driven solutions, systems integration, financial data sharing, information security, and data privacy considerations.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nProficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, or other data visualization and performance reporting tools.\nFamiliarity with project portfolio management, PMO governance, and organizational change management.\nPrevious experience working within a reputable management consulting, technology
