resolve solution disputes between internal IT domains.\n\nParticipate in technical evaluation/response for regulatory requirements.\n\nRequirements\nQualification & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant.\n\nMust have least 5-8 years' experience in End2End Solution Design/Architecture.\n\nMust be an SME in Telco BSS domain (CRM, Point of sales, Channels, Digital Channels, Product catalog, Order management, Inventory, Charging, Billing, Payment, Service Activation etc.).\n\nMust have in-depth understanding of telecom business processes and architecture.\n\nAwareness of latest telecom standards like eTOM Framework, Open APIs and Open Digital Framework.\n\nAwareness of latest software application architecture patterns like distributed systems architecture (web/app), microservices, event-driven architecture, serverless and cloud native solutions.\n\nExperience in digital transformation projects involving digital channels like Mobile App and Web Portals.\n\nExperience in drawing detailed solution diagrams using tools like MS Visio, Lucid charts, diagrams.net etc.\n\nHands on experience in designing solutions involving complex systems/architectures.\n\nHaving detailed technical and functional knowledge of the relevant platforms/systems worked.\n\nHands on experience in working with agile software development methodology.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPassion for technology and
