…etc. for all vendors including Startup/Commissioning/Acceptance\n Managing implementation for special projects i.e. Caching, Video optimization.\n Create Project Plan for each new project related to IPBB sections\n Regular and timely reporting of project progress to the management\n Provide support and lead innovative initiatives with contractors/vendors.\n Ensure that all project management methodologies are applied for all assign projects in smart & professional manner including scope, time, risk& quality management.\n Ensure that all new implementation/expansion projects in Cores & BSCs deployed on time & as per Etisalat quality standard.\n Supervise, Commission & integrate various IPBB nodes & introduce it successfully to Etisalat Network.\n Monitor, Develop & Report the monthly dashboard for all assigned project to ensure that all department KPI achieved & highlight all associated risks.\n Develop yearly E2E plan for Technical nodes to secure the needed space & power to deliver the nodes.\n Responsible for providing all the needed supporting materials for telecom deployment via approved frame agreements with vendors.\n Regular meeting with planning teams &
