In this senior-level role, you’ll lead major priorities across organic influencer marketing, gifting, creator affiliate, partnerships, community and key brand moments. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape creator strategies, lead complex programs and develop the team as rhode continues to grow globally.

  • Lead creator affiliate and partnership strategies across key priorities, using organic and performance insights to inform creator selection and investment.

  • Develop creator and community strategies across events, product testing, early access and other brand experiences.

  • Lead influencer strategy for priority global markets and launches, working with regional teams and agency partners to develop locally relevant approaches.

  • Analyze performance across influencer programs and translate results, creator behavior and cultural insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Stay deeply connected to the creator landscape, emerging talent, platform behavior, beauty trends and cultural moments, translating insights into opportunities for the brand.

  • Partner closely with Brand, Social, Growth, E-commerce, Communications, Creative and Operations across key initiatives.

To Be Successful

  • Strong strategic instincts with the ability to translate broader objectives into clear strategies and recommendations.

  • Deep understanding of creators, culture and what makes talent relevant to the rhode brand and community.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing creators, talent representatives and external partners.

  • Ability to independently lead complex programs and make sound decisions while knowing when to escalate.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance and qualitative insights to inform strategy.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

  • Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented with a high standard for execution.

  • Strong people manager with an interest in developing junior talent.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR or brand marketing; beauty or lifestyle experience preferred.

  • Experience developing and leading influencer strategies across major launches, campaigns or brand initiatives.

  • Experience across organic influencer marketing, gifting, creator affiliate and paid creator partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator behavior, emerging talent and the evolving influencer landscape.
