You report to our Head of AI Operations.Your Responsibilities\nIdentify and prioritize AI use cases, working embedded with business functions and regional teams\nDesign, build, and deploy AI solutions, automations, and integrations in short sprints of under 10 person-days\nDevelop production-ready AI systems, including evals, monitoring, security, and access control\nIntegrate modern AI technologies and agentic systems into existing business processes\nDrive AI adoption through training and enablement\nMeasure solution usage, user adoption, and business impact\nCreate reusable templates, playbooks, and best practices to accelerate scaling\nHand over solutions that need to scale to our Full-Stack and AI/ML Engineers\nEvaluate emerging AI models, AI tooling, and agentic systems and bring valuable innovations into the business\nSupport Junior AI Deployment Engineers and share your knowledge - this is a senior individual contributor role\nYour profile\nYour profileMust have Proven experience delivering AI or automation solutions that are actively used in production \nProduction experience with Generative AI, including prompting, RAG, tool integration, agents, and evals\nStrong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript\nExperience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise business systems \nAbility to quickly translate business challenges into practical, working solutions \nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences \nHands-on mindset with a strong focus on execution and outcomes \nPassion for innovation, AI, and accelerating the energy transition \nNice to haveExperience with Azure and Microsoft technologies\nLow-code platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, or Make \nA background as forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or consultant who shipped code\nExperience with change management and user adoption\nWe hire for spikes, not for resumes.
