Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für dein Verkaufs- und Projektgebiet im Grossraum Zürich und Luzern
  • Akquisition neuer Fassadenprojekte und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Beratung von Bauherren, Architekten und Planern in den Bereichen Konstruktion, Bauphysik und Statik
  • Entwicklung technischer Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Machbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Ausführung
  • Technische und kommerzielle Gesamtverantwortung für anspruchsvolle Fassadenprojekte
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Angeboten und Projektunterlagen
  • Entwurfs-, Ausführungs- und Produktionsplanung mit 3D-CAD (SolidWorks)
  • Koordination mit Produktion, Logistik und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
  • Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung der Umsatz- und Ergebnisziele in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Baustellenbesuche zur Qualitätssicherung und Kundenbetreuung

Dein Profil

  • Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Bauherren, Architekten, Planernund Unternehmern
  • Ausbildung als Bauingenieur:in, Fassadenbautechniker:in oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Praxis in Projektleitung und Konstruktion, idealerweise in den BereichenGebäudehülle oder Fassadentechnik
  • Interesse an bauphysikalischen und statischen Fragestellungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit 3D-CAD, idealerweise SolidWorks
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Auch Bewerber:innen mit starkem technischem Fundament und der Motivation, sich im Bereich Kunden- und Projektverantwortung weiterzuentwickeln, sind herzlich willkommen.
