The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Jenkins, Python automation, Ansible, JFrog Artifactory, Git-based source control, and database release management.\n\r\rThis role focuses on automating software delivery across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD environments within highly regulated enterprise environments. The candidate will be responsible for building reusable automation frameworks, implementing controlled release processes, and ensuring secure, reliable, and auditable deployments across multiple applications and engineering teams.\n\n\r\rKey Responsibilities\n\r\r1. CI/CD Pipeline Engineering\n\r\r\rDesign, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Harness, or equivalent platforms.\n\rBuild pipeline-as-code solutions with conditional logic based on Git branches, release types, and deployment targets.\n\rImplement reusable deployment workflows supporting multiple applications and teams.\n\rManage pipeline integrations, build automation, and deployment orchestration.\n\n\r\r2. Release Automation\n\r\r\rDesign and maintain automated release processes across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD environments.\n\rImplement approval gates, artifact promotion workflows, and deployment controls.\n\rStandardize deployment procedures across applications and business units.\n\rEnsure consistent, reliable, and repeatable software releases.\n\n\r\r3. Ansible Automation\n\r\r\rDevelop Ansible playbooks from scratch and create reusable roles and Jinja2 templates.\n\rManage environment-specific configurations and inventory structures.\n\rDevelop Ansible Tower/AWX workflows, surveys, and role-based deployment processes.\n\rAutomate application deployments and configuration management across multiple environments.\n\n\r\r4. Python Automation\n\r\r\rDevelop Python automation scripts for enterprise release engineering.\n\rImplement file processing, YAML/JSON/XML parsing, and regex-based routing logic.\n\rAutomate command execution using subprocess, release orchestration, and build processes.\n\rDevelop configuration management and deployment automation utilities.\n\n\r\r5. Artifact Management\n\r\r\rAdminister JFrog Artifactory repositories and artifact lifecycle policies.\n\rImplement artifact publishing, promotion, and distribution workflows.\n\rManage environment-specific artifact versions and deployment dependencies.\n\rEnsure artifact traceability and consistency throughout the release lifecycle.\n\n\r\r6. Source Control and Git Strategies\n\r\r\rImplement and maintain Git workflows, including branching, cherry-picking, merge conflict resolution, release branching, tagging, and Git LFS.\n\rEstablish and maintain source control standards for enterprise release processes.\n\rApply advanced Git practices to support controlled and auditable releases.\n\n\r\r7. Database Release Management\n\r\r\rBuild and maintain Liquibase-based database deployment pipelines.\n\rCreate and manage changelogs, changesets, rollback strategies, and context-based deployments.\n\rIntegrate database changes into enterprise CI/CD and release workflows.\n\rSupport controlled database deployments across multiple environments.\n\n\r\r\r8.
