This role will also serve as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO), responsible for developing and maintaining a proactive insider threat and awareness program.\nYou’ll be joining E-Space at a pivotal moment - helping establish our cleared operations from the ground up and ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM), and related directives.\nWhat You'll Do:\nStand up and manage a cleared possessing facility under the National Industrial Security Program a(NISP), including SCIF design, accreditation, and ongoing safeguarding operations.\nServe as the primary liaison with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other government partners.\nLead and maintain all personnel, facility, and information security clearances, documentation, and reporting.\nDevelop and manage the Insider Threat Program, ensuring compliance with Executive Order 13587 and NISPOM requirements.\nEstablish and maintain secure communication systems (classified and unclassified) and ensure compliance with TEMPEST and COMSEC protocols as applicable.\nCoordinate with IT, HR, Legal, and Engineering to integrate security controls across all functions and programs.\nConduct and document self-inspections, audits, and vulnerability assessments; lead mitigation and continuous improvement efforts.\nTrain and brief employees on security awareness, insider threat prevention, and reporting responsibilities.\nSupport contract security requirements (DD254s, foreign ownership/control/influence mitigation, etc.).\nPartner with leadership to embed a security-first mindset into E-Space’s culture of innovation and responsibility.\nOversee corporate physical security programs across commercial and non-classified facilities.\nManage physical access control systems, including employee, contractor, and visitor access.\nAdminister badging programs, including credential issuance, access reviews, and badge revocation.\nOversee video surveillance and camera systems, including monitoring, retention, maintenance, and investigative support.\nCoordinate facility security measures with Corporate Security, Facilities, Human Resources, Information Security, and Legal.\nEnsure the protection of company personnel, facilities, equipment, and other corporate assets.\nReview and approve physical security controls for offices, restricted areas, secure spaces, and sensitive business operations.\nInvestigate and report physical security incidents, unauthorized access, theft, workplace security concerns, and policy violations.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nActive U.S. Top Secret (TS) clearance (with SCI eligibility strongly preferred).\n8+ years of experience in industrial security, including at least 3 years as an FSO for a possessing facility.\nProven record of success establishing a new cleared facility, including working through initial sponsorship, construction, and DCSA accreditation.\nCertified FSO (CDSE) training completion;
