Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, expense verification, and invoice reconciliation. Additionally, you will contribute to project accounting tasks, supporting the overall objectives of the Finance Department.\nResponsibilities:\nReview and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payment processing\n\nSupport project billing activities by preparing customer invoices and monitoring billings against project budgets and contractual milestones\n\nComplete monthly project work-in-progress reconciliations and participate in WIP review meetings with key stakeholders\n\nAssist with monthly project revenue recognition, financial close activities, and project closeout procedures\n\nSupport the annual operating plan process, monthly management reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis as required\n\nCoordinate employee expense processing through Concur, ensuring submissions are complete, appropriately supported, and accurately recorded\n\nAssist with SOX compliance activities, external financial statement preparation, government audits, and corporate tax filings\n\nCollaborate with finance and operational teams across other regions, providing accounting support and contributing to shared priorities as needed\n\n Required Qualifications and Skills:\nEducational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline\n\nAt least three years of professional accounting experience, ideally within a project-based, construction, engineering, energy, or similarly fast-paced environment\n\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and confidence working with financial systems, reports, and large data sets\n\nClear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders\n\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting reporting and month-end deadlines\n\nExperience using SAP is considered an asset\n\nProfessional proficiency in Portuguese is strongly preferred\n\ne-STORAGE is Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
