This role partners closely with business leaders, project management teams, and regional finance teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive operational and financial performance improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring financial plans align with business priorities\n\nDeliver timely monthly management reporting, including financial dashboards, variance analysis, and actionable insights for senior leadership\n\nPartner with business and project teams to assess financial performance, project profitability, and new business opportunities\n\nIdentify financial risks and opportunities and translate complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations\n\nDevelop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investments, and key business decisions\n\nDrive continuous improvement across FP&A processes through reporting automation and enhancements to planning and forecasting tool\n\nSupport M&A evaluations, due diligence activities, and other strategic finance initiatives\n\nCollaborate with Accounting during month-end close and support audit requirements and internal control processes\n\nComplete priority analyses and special projects requested by senior leadership\n\n Required Qualifications and Skills:\nAn educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline\n\nAt least five years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance function\n\nStrong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights\n\nA demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment\n\nA CPA, CFA, or comparable professional designation is considered an asset\n\ne-STORAGE is Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
