This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic partnership with day-to-day execution.\nYou’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience. This role will also requite up to 15% travel to different project sites.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Partnership\nPartner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives \nSupport organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy \nCoach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness \nDrive change management initiatives in a high-growth environment \nHands-On HR Delivery\nExecute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding \nSupport compensation and promotion processes \nMaintain strong operational discipline across HR activities \nEmployee Relations\nLead and support employee relations concerns, ensuring consistent and legal practices combined with appropriate documentation.\nCoach managers and leaders on effective people management and workplace practices to mitigate issues\nProactively identify ER and legal risks and proactively involve HR leadership\nSystems & Data (Workday)\nLeverage Workday for HR transactions, reporting, and analytics \nEnsure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems \nUse insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes \nRecruitment and Retention\nPartner with Recruitment to support hiring needs \nDrive employee engagement and retention initiatives \nChampion company culture and values across the e-Storage business \nQualifications & Experience\n· · HR certification (SPHR or SHRM - CP or equivalent) highly desired\nSolid understanding of Canadian and US employment practices and legislation \n· Ability to initiate, lead and navigate tough conversations maintaining professional composure.\nProven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment \nStrong working knowledge of Workday (transactions, reporting, data management) \nOrganizational skills are a must\nDemonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically \nExperience supporting technical, industrial, or energy-related businesses is a plus \nStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels \nWhat We’re Looking For\nSomeone who is comfortable “in the weeds” while keeping a strategic lens \nA proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership \nAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a scaling organization \nHigh attention to detail with strong execution capability \nCompensation & Benefits:\nCanadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement.
