This includes client management, contract execution, service provider oversight, performance reporting, site operations, spare parts management, and warranty claims.\nThis is a multifaceted service leadership role requiring strong technical and commercial acumen, hands-on operational coordination, and the ability to manage performance across multiple active sites. The position serves as a key point of contact for clients, operations and suppliers, ensuring that projects meet all contractual, safety, and performance standards.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the negotiation of LTSA's with the client / owner and Sub-LTSA's with service providers.\n\nPrepare and review detailed scopes of work for service providers and equipment suppliers.\n\nEnsure that sites are operated in accordance with contractual requirements including achieving capacity and availability guarantees.\n\nManage service providers and equipment suppliers ensuring maintenance requirements are being completed to maintain equipment uptime in accordance with contractual obligations and manufacturers specifications.\n\nRecommend opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.\n\nReview and approve maintenance reports.\n\nDetermine spare part requirements and ensure spare part inventory is tracked and processed.\n\nAnalyze performance data determining root cause and performance trends.\n\nReview monthly reports from service providers.\n\nAssist with preparation of monthly reports to client / owner and present performance metrics and KPI's.\n\nBuild, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.\n\nConduct project postmortems and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.\n\nDevelop best practices and tools for project execution and management.\n\nEnsure all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures are followed.\n\nComplete other duties and projects as assigned.\n\nManage contractors and their performance.\n\nAssisting with the capacity and balancing testing of batteries.\n\nManage liquidated damages and excludable events.\n\nServe as the primary client-facing representative, attending client meetings and managing queries.\n\nWork alongside the operations service manager, field services supervisor and coordinator to ensure technicians are completing work to client expectation.\n\nCreate and manage monthly operations reports and other management reports.\n\nMonitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\n\nOversee the management of Preventative, Corrective, and Reactive maintenance.\n\nQualifications and Experience:\nEngineering (Electrical or Mechanical) degree or diploma\n\nMinimum 5 years' experience in project management in renewable power generation or service environment that includes electrical, controls, and network communication systems.\n\nStrong negotiation, facilitation, risk management and consensus building skills.\n\nKnowledge of general and national codes, medium voltage power systems and photovoltaic or Energy Storage system applications is an asset.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and influence positively a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.\n\nProven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality.\n\nProfessional-level capabilities with project management tools (e.g., MS 365 and Microsoft Project)\n\nMust possess a valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.\n\nMust be able to travel to domestic locations as needed per project.\n\nAbility to function successfully both independently and within a team.\n\nDemonstrated professional appearance and conduct\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCanadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement.
