Providingleadership anddecision-makingproject scope including but not limited to schedules, budgets, changes / variations, and dispute resolution. The individual will liaise with internaldepartments(Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, Service, Accounting, Legal and Procurement),the client / owner, equipmentsuppliers, EPC’s/BOP’sandandvarioussubcontractors. Department management, projectmanagement, contractreviewand EPCconstruction experienceisrequiredas wellasdemonstratedinfluence,negotiationand conflict resolution skills.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and developregional project implementation teamincluding Project Directors, Project Mangers, Project Coordinators and Construction Managers\n\nAssistin creating Annual Operating Plans (resources, operating expenses) and then adhering to plan throughout calendar year\n\nReview,approve, and provide decision making forproject schedules, budgets (expenses), scope changes / variations,qualityand risks\n\nDetermineand assignresourcestocross-functional projects of high complexityworking with internal departments including Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, Service, Accounting, Legal and Procurement\n\nReview and provide input on contract documentation including head agreements and schedules for EPCand battery supplycontracts, EPC/ BOPsubcontractsandequipmentsupply agreements\n\nMeet with senior level stakeholders (client, suppliers, internal) to negotiate and resolve conflicts\n\nAssistin estimation of project costs and development of project schedules/ timelines\n\nOverseeanddeterminethe frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas\n\nCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members anddeterminekey performance indicators tomonitorperformance\n\nOrganizeprojectlesson learned reviewstoidentifysuccessful and unsuccessful project elements\n\nEnsure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standardsand incompliancewiththeCS e-StorageCode of Business Conduct\n\nAdhere to and enforce of all health and safety rules and company policies\n\nComplete other duties and projects as assigned\n\nRequirements:\nEngineering (Electrical,Mechanicalor Civil)or Businessdegree or diploma\n\nMinimum10yearsexperiencein managing construction projectsand5years managing direct reports\n\nExperience with utility scale renewable construction projects, preferably in Battery Energy Storage Systems\n\nSolid and effective interpersonal and communication skills (including oral,writtenand visual)\n\nStrong negotiation, facilitation,riskmanagementand consensus building skills\n\nKnowledge of general and national codes, medium voltage power systems and photovoltaic or Energy Storage system applications isrequired\n\nProven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality\n\nExpert knowledge of creating business requirements, work plans, projectschedulesand associated project artifacts\n\nMustpossessa valid driver’s license with acleandriving record\n\nAbility to function successfully both independently and within a team\n\nDemonstrated professional appearance and conduct\n\nAbility to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends) asrequired\n\nTravel requiredtoclient and supplier facilities and sites under construction up to 50% of time during peak periods\n\nWhat It’s Like to Work Here\nAt e-STORAGE, you’re more than just an employee-you’re part of a team that values your ideas, your background, and your unique perspective.
