Our Safety Managers have comprehensive knowledge of day-to-day safety field operations including planning, coordinating, and enforcing safety regulations and codes. You will also teach and coordinate site specific trainings and assign and monitor new hire trainings. You will be the point of contact for all safety related matters and ensure a safe and fully compliant work environment!\nYou must be local to the Port Washington, WI area and be willing to report on-site. \nYou will: \n Develop and implement site and project-specific safety plans, including\nSafety orientation and training\nJob Hazard Analysis and high-risk activity identification and mitigation planning\nFatigue management plan\nPre-task plan\nStretch and bend program\nPPE requirements\nHousekeeping, signage, barricade plans\nSchedule and coordinate and / or perform equipment safety checks.\nTeach safety related classes (Aerial lift, LOTO, electrical safety, etc.) \nCoordinate other site-specific training with electrical contractor and GC. \nPrepare and submit weekly safety reports\nWalk the site looking for hazards and mitigation \nSupervise high-risk activities\nWork with other subcontractor safety professionals to develop site improvement. \nParticipate in weekly safety committee meetings. \nHelp investigate injuries, PD, and / or near misses and participate in Root Cause Analysis.\nBe an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. \nYou have: \nBCSP Certification minimum of Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), ASP or CSP. \n7+ years of experience. \nFirst Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and AED training\nEmergency procedures training\nMental Health First Aid Training\nCurrent OSHA 510, OHSA 30 certification. \nNFPA 70E Electrical Safety certification. \nKnowledge of Safetymojo, BIM 360, and Procore. \nAbility to walk 8+ miles per day. \nAbility to lift 25 lbs. \nA DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. \nBenefits & Perks: \n401k + match + prompt enrollment.
