The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience with automation and control systems, combined with a collaborative mindset and a focus on quality, safety, and reliability in a mission-critical environment.\nYou will: \nCreate and implement control system architectures for BMS/EPMS applications across data center facilities.\nDevelop & troubleshoot control logic and graphics for PLCs and SCADA systems.\nIntegrate control systems with electrical and mechanical subsystems, coordinating between HVAC, power distribution, and monitoring platforms.\nLead or support commissioning activities to verify all data points and signals-from sensors and meters through software visualization-are fully functional and documented.\nDiagnose control and communication issues, analyze system performance, and implement improvements.\nPrepare system documentation, I/O lists, and control drawings in alignment with project standards and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to define scope, deliverables, and schedules, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.\nBe an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. \nYou have: \nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Systems Engineering (or related field).\n7+ years of experience in controls engineering or automation; at least 3 years of data center BMS/EPMS experience preferred.\nExperience with Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, Ethernet/IP, or other industrial communication protocols.\nUnderstanding of electrical power monitoring, HVAC, and critical facility systems.\nFamiliarity with instrumentation, control panel design, and network architectures.\nStrong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities; customer-focused and team-oriented\nWillingness to visit local project sites during installation and commissioning phases.\nA DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. \nYou might have:\nAbility to develop & troubleshoot control logic and graphics for PLCs and SCADA systems using Ignition & Rockwell Automation platforms.\nBenefits & Perks: \n401k + match + prompt enrollment.
