We are seeking a Project Controller to be responsible for planning, tracking, and analyzing project financials, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of Mission Critical projects by maintaining tight financial control and reporting standards. \nLocation note: Commutable to Plano, TX\nThis role is comparable to a project coordinator or project administrator with a mixture of everyday and financial reporting tasks. Basic knowledge of project accounting preferred. \nYou will: \nMonitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.\nWork closely with project managers to ensure accurate project planning and reporting.\nInteract with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.\nTrack project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.\nPrepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.\nReview project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.\nIdentify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.\nSupport risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.\nEnsure compliance with internal financial policies and client contract terms.\nCollaborate with procurement, engineering, and operations teams to gather project cost data.\nFollow and coordinate established or informal standard operating procedures and guidelines for Mission Critical business team.\nGenerate reports on project progress and analyze performance data to make recommendations.\nBe an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. \nYou have: \nAssociate’s degree in a Business or technical field or equivalent experience.\n4+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.\nStrong analytical and numerical skills.\nPrior experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.\nSelf-motivated and ability to work in a team/collaborative environment. \nA DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. \nBenefits & Perks: \n401k + match + prompt enrollment.
