This position supports senior government leadership by designing,\ndeveloping and maintaining enterprise reporting, analytics, data brokering and data\nsolutions that enable financial and acquisition decision-making.\nPosition Description:\nLead a team of 5-6 data analysts and software engineers working within a collaborative\ngovernment and contractor environment. The successful candidate will support an\nenterprise data warehouse environment by developing business intelligence solutions,\noptimizing data processes, supporting complex data analytics and reporting, and\ndelivering responsive customer support. The ideal candidate combines strong technical\nexpertise with outstanding analytical, communication, and customer service skills.\nExperience or knowledge in one or more of the following programming languages and\ntechnologies (or similar equivalent) is a must: Tableau, IBM DataStage ETL, PL/SQL, or\nBusiness Objects.\nDuties and responsibilities:\nProvide leadership and tasking to team of 5-6 developers; provide expertise during design, test and customer requirements meetings.\nReport weekly, monthly and quarterly team status to Deputy Program Manager.\nDesign, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions supporting enterprise financial and acquisition systems.\nDevelop, enhance, and support reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau, Business Objects, or comparable BI platforms.\nDevelop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.\nSupport enterprise data warehouse operations, extract transform and load (ETL) processes, and data integration activities using IBM DataStage or comparable technologies.\nAnalyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable software solutions.\nTroubleshoot application, interface, database, and data quality issues to ensure reliable system performance.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.\nProvide responsive on-site technical support to government users and senior leadership.\nSupport financial system interfaces and transaction processing to ensure data integrity and operational continuity.\nParticipate in software releases by supporting integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.\nRecommend and implement process improvements that enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.\nCollaborate with government stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities. \nEducation and qualifications:\nU.S. Citizenship.\nActive TS/SCI security clearance\nCurrent CI Polygraph or ability to obtain one.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).\nDemonstrated experience developing and supporting enterprise software applications.\nStrong experience with SQL and PL/SQL development.\nExperience with Oracle Database, MariaDB, or comparable relational database platforms.\nExperience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau, Business Objects, or similar BI tools.\nExperience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments and ETL processes.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience developing technical documentation and supporting software testing activities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with IBM DataStage ETL.\nKnowledge of Federal financial management or acquisition systems.\nExperience supporting Intelligence Community or other federal agencies.\nExperience with enterprise system interfaces and data integration.\nExperience with data analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.\nSalary Range $190,000 - $205,000E-volve Technology Systems salaries are determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the candidates’ education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract-specific funding and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $190,000 - $205,000 (annualized USD).
