The ideal candidate will bring innovative solutions to complex problems, expertise in delivering scalable and efficient solutions and hold a valid Appian certification.\nKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement business process management solutions using Appian BPM Suite.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nDevelop Appian objects such as Records, Reports, SAIL interfaces, Process Models, and Web APIs.\nOptimize and troubleshoot existing Appian applications for performance and scalability.\nIntegrate Appian applications with external systems and data sources.\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.\nEnsure adherence to best practices and coding standards.\nProvide technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.\nCreate Tempo reports, Records, and business rules while troubleshooting issues.\nDevelop reusable toolkits for different BPM process applications.\nImplement Timer Events, Message Events, and Tracking Events.\nDesign and develop SAIL Forms, Dashboards, Reports, Services, and Entity-Backed Reports.\nCollaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into process models.\nImplement In-Bound and Out-Bound Web Service Components.\nCapture proper business workflow requirements and provide solution specifications throughout all SDLC phases.\nEducation and qualifications:Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in software design, development, maintenance, and deployment.\n3+ years of strong experience with Appian v24.4.X, Appian v20.X, and Appian v19.X.\n Mandatory: Valid Appian certification (e.g., Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher).\nProficiency in SAIL, Appian Data Stores, and Process Models.\nStrong understanding of Appian plug-ins and integration methods (REST, SOAP, Web Services).\nExperience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Appian RPA and Appian AI capabilities.\nKnowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.\nUnderstanding financial processes is a plus.\nE-volve Technology Systems, Inc. offers fair and competitive compensation and benefits to all eligible employees. Salaries are dependent upon a wide range of factors including position requirements, customer/program needs, individual qualifications, education, experience, certification and/or training, location, and other job-related factors. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 (annualized USD).
