This role ensures timely and accurate billing, resolves customer billing inquiries, and collaborates with internal departments to promote efficient cash flow and customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities\nBilling & Invoicing\nPrepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timely.\nVerify billing data, pricing, contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation prior to invoice generation.\nGenerate recurring and project-based invoices according to contractual terms.\nEnsure all invoices comply with company policies and customer requirements.\nMaintain billing schedules and monitor invoice status to ensure timely delivery.\nMonitor customer accounts and track outstanding receivable balances.\nFollow up on overdue invoices through phone calls, emails, and written communications.\nWork with customers to resolve billing disputes and payment issues.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.\nMaintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.\nParticipate in system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives as needed.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMicrosoft Excel, Office Suite, ERP systems, and understanding of accounting principles related to receivables and revenue recognition.\nPreferred\nAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
