At E2, we value safety, innovation and collaboration, and we are dedicated to excellence.\nOverview\nWe are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day employee experience functions.\nThis could include anything from Employee Lifecycle Management to Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, HRIS, Compliance, Employee Administrative Support, Staffing, Training and Development, Systems, or Data.\nThis person will ensure HR processes and employee transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.\nResponsibilities\nCollaboration\nPartner with cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, peers, managers, business leaders, etc. on a variety of Human Resources tasks and projects.\nCompliance\nParticipate and contribute to initiatives related to Federal, Multi-State, and Local Employee Labor Laws.\nEmployee Services\nAdministers employee training enrollments through LMS and monitors for completion, both mandatory and developmental learning programs.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.\nProcess employee transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations.\nRespond to employee and manager questions regarding HR processes and requirements.\nSupport HR projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport employees throughout their employment lifecycle.\nHRIS\nMaintain accurate employee data within HR systems.\nPayroll / Benefits / Staffing\nPartner with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to help deliver a seamless employee experience.\nReporting\nGenerate reports and perform audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.\nQualifications\n2+ Years of Experience in Human Resources\nExperience in HR Operations, Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Services, HRIS, or Talent Acquisition.\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nExperience with ADP and/or iCIMS platforms.\nPowerBI\nProfessional experience in initiatives related to Federal, Multi-State, and Local Labor Laws.\nTechnical knowledge of payroll cycles, tax withholding, and timekeeping systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nPrevious experience with multi-state employer - California employment knowledge a plus.\nHR Certifications - SHRM, PHR, THRP, etc.\nBenefits\nE2 Consulting Engineers, LP offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off.\nWage Data Per State Requirements\nSalary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.
