conduct salary benchmarking and market compensation analysis.\n•Support leadership with compensation planning, budgeting, and policy alignment.\nCompliance & Taxation\n•Maintain strong understanding of payroll taxation, investment declarations, Form 16, and income tax calculations; ensure processes remain compliant with labor laws and statutory regulations.\n•Support payroll audits and maintain compliance documentation.\nHR Operations Support\n•Resolve employee payroll and compensation-related queries efficiently, and support HR leadership in policy implementation.\n•Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in employee compensation data management.\nQualifications & Experience\n•MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or a relevant qualification preferred; 7+ years of hands-on experience in payroll and compensation management.\n•Expertise in flexi basket, salary components, reimbursements, and payroll taxation, with excellent knowledge of payroll compliance and Indian labor laws.\n•Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems;
